Order and Shipping Information
PLEASE NOTE- There may be shipping delays due to thee current climate. Orders can take LONGER to arrive which My Desserts Diva® has no control over.
When can I pick up my local order placed online?
All orders scheduled for local pickup will be fulfilled within four (4) business days. Please list the day and time you’d like to schedule your pickup in the notes section during checkout.
When are Dessert Orders Shipped?
All desserts are baked fresh to order and will ship 3-7 business days after your online order has been received. We offer our Gourmet DIY dessert mixes as well. Processing times vary throughout the year based on seasonal fluctuations, i.e., holidays, and or extreme weather conditions. FedEx Priority two-three day shipping is available on all perishable desserts and dessert mix products. Ground shipping will be available to non-perishable items. Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 10AM PT / 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Our desserts are time and temperature sensitive and is suggested to the customer to select priority shipping, and to set notifications for tracking status once you receive your tracking information.

How do I store my items?
Cookies and Brownies stay fresh at room temperature in an airtight container for 5 days and can be stored in the freezer for up to 14 days.
Cakes and Cupcakes can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 5 days and up to two weeks in the freezer (cakes/cupcakes should be removed from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving).
Any dessert products such as our Bougie Nana Puddin should be refrigerated.
Can I customize my Dessert Order and replace with other items?
Unfortunately, no. Customers are not permitted to swap, edit or exchange dessert orders. All sales are final.
Do your desserts contain food allergen ingredients?
Our desserts are processed in a facility that may come in contact with the following ingredients milk, wheat, soy, eggs, and nuts.
What happens if my order does not come?
Please email Lynette at email@example.com to have this addressed immediately. Please note, however; if your box is marked as "delivered" per the shipping provider, My Desserts Diva® cannot be responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Orders are shipped using FedEx shipping and are insured. In the case that your package is damaged, lost, stolen or extremely delayed, it is recommended to submit a claim with the shipping provider listed from your tracking confirmation for reimbursement, and we will assist however needed. By submitting this order, you have read and agreed to our terms, conditions, and shipping policy.
If you enter an incorrect address during checkout, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct the address.
